What: Paying customer for saving energy

Why: To decrease the percentage of energy use by the farmer

This passage in the business section was very convincing to farmer because the "Idaho power Company Paying Customer" like the farmer helps save energy. They help save energy by paying every farmer to use as little energy if possible. Eventually, Farmer gets pay for doing that. Which is really encouraging because it can help the earth.
