This article was very devasatating because another powerful earthquake just hit Chile recently. Which happened on Feb.28 ,2010 Mrs. Clinton has send troop to Chile to supply the people there with water and food. About 723 people had been killed in the quake. Basically everything has been destroy. While reading this article it felt like the quake was stronger than the one that hit Haiti not long ago. The quake was just so horrible because some people there are really poor. As people are still trying to help, people are suffering.
