This article was very interesting to me in the world section because a former kindergarten bus driver ,Toshshikazu Sugaya killed a 4 years old girl. Judge said he will sentences behind bar for life. But on Friday after being behind bar for 17 years Toshshikazu 's charge got drop because the judge said he was bullied enough by the investigator making false confession. Toshshikazu was 63 when he got release.
